One diary instead of five apps
Privacy, your way
Your diary stays on the device until you turn on sync; then it is stored encrypted. Health answers get their own choice.

FAQ
Do I need to sign up?
Yes — creating an account with Apple, Google or email takes under a minute. Turn on sync and your diary reaches your other devices, encrypted.
How does food recognition work?
From a photo, a text description, or a barcode. You review the result and can adjust weight and calories before saving.
Where is my data stored?
On your device by default. Turn on sync and an encrypted copy of the diary is kept on our server — we can't read it; photo previews follow the diary. Health answers sync only if you allow it separately.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Download a backup of the whole diary as a JSON file and restore it on any device. On iPhone you can also write your weight to Apple Health, one day at a time.
Is it free?
Yes, the core diary is completely free.
